Eligibility Criteria
Do you have Type 2 Diabetes and:

Glycated hemoglobin (or A1c) levels of ≥8%?

Have never used a FreeStyle® Libre before?
-
Own a smartphone and have access to the internet?
-
Are 18+ years old?
If yes, you may be eligible to participate!
